The experience
How a school event runs
We plan the day with you before we arrive: participant count, grade-level rotations, blacktop versus field, arrival window and where the water and power are.
On site we set up before the first group comes out, then run timed rotations so every class gets equal foam time and nobody stands in a line for twenty minutes.
We break down and pack out cleanly, leaving your blacktop, field or gym the way we found it. Certificate of insurance is available for your district on request.
